Shipping Information
Free Standard Delivery for all products on the site.
Products purchased on Cpt-Electro are only delivered within Europe.
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Cpt-Electro.com cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay in delivery or maritime crossing, providing evidence that the improper execution of the order is not its fault, in accordance with Article L 221-15 of the Consumer Code.
The shipping or delivery time of the products is explicitly stated in the description of each product.
1.1 Your shipment will take 7 to 10 working days to reach you. This is only for orders placed and validated before two o'clock (14:00) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, for delivery within metropolitan France. Someone must be present to receive the order. If there is no one, the order cannot be left as delivery requires a signature.
Depending on the type, weight, and volume of the ordered products, Cpt-Electro.com reserves the right to use other companies or types of transport.
1.2 Your shipping costs do not include delivery outside normal working hours. Delivery outside normal working hours will require an additional payment.
1.3 The transport company is Kuehne+Nagel. You may be called or required to call their main depot to arrange delivery two to three days after placing your order. Please contact us if you have not heard from them by the end of the fourth day. REMEMBER that someone must be present to receive the order.
1.4 Please note that although messenger trucks are used.
1.5 Failed Deliveries – When we attempt deliveries but delivery cannot be made due to the absence of someone able to sign for the goods, we reserve the right to charge re-delivery fees. Please note that you should also check your address carefully when ordering. Orders sent to an incorrect address will not only cause headaches but could also result in additional charges for a different delivery location.
1.6 Unsigned Deliveries – We strongly recommend that customers do not ask us to leave the order without obtaining a signature. However, when the customer requests us in writing in the delivery note field to leave the delivery without obtaining a signature, we are unable to accept claims regarding damaged goods or goods left in the wrong place. Not all drivers or companies will leave a parcel without a signature – therefore, even if requested, we cannot guarantee that a driver will do so.
1.7 In the case of an error on the site in the calculation of shipping fees, Cpt-Electro.com has the right to modify the shipment and request additional fees if necessary.
Returns
2.1 If you find that the goods are not suitable or you are not completely satisfied, provided you inform us within 30 days of receiving the goods and return your order to Cpt-Electro.com, unsoiled, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging, you will be entitled to a full refund.
2.2 As long as Cpt-Electro has not received the returned goods and inspected them for the reasons for their return, you will not receive a refund. The refund will not include the original shipping costs unless the goods are deemed different from the descriptions mentioned above.
